    Need to swap for another size? We offer free returns for exchanges on full priced items only. 

    RETURNS

    We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    SALE RETURNS

    Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

    Love love these shoes, but. . . .

    "I really wanted to love these dramatic beauties, and I do, but unfortunately, they come up large, despite indicating that they are "true to size" on the site. I am generally a big-foot girlie, and 42 is normally a good fit for me. Sometimes 42 can feel on the smaller side, but these beauties were at least half a size large on me. I tried to figure out how I could keep them by adding heal grips, etc. , but no, they were just too big. I'm hoping the smaller size will fit because I want this gorgeous addition to my wardrobe, so fingers crossed!"
