SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Shipping within Australia is free of charge and sent via Australia Post.
Shipping Services and Estimated Delivery Time
NSW, VIC and QLD 2-3 business days.
SA - 2-4 business days.
WA - 4-5 business days.
Outside of metro areas expect a one day delay.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We charge a $25 flat rate to ship anywhere outside of Australia.
Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. All orders placed before 1pm AEST from Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped same day pending availability.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country.
Please be aware that LMS will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed to your order, will rest with the customer and will not be reimbursed. We also will not be held responsible for any delays, customs issues or lost/stolen orders as this is out of our control however, if your item hasn't had a tracking update for 12 or more days please email hello@lmsthebrand.com and we can file an investigation for your parcel.
