It is incredibly important to us that you feel confident finding your perfect fit and style when shopping with LMS online. We want every step, every try-on, and every decision to feel effortless and easy.
With Mirra, you can try your favourite LMS pieces at home, pair them with your wardrobe, and decide if it's the one before committing. The perfect match, waiting to happen.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap "Try Before You Buy"
Add your favourites to cart and select the Try Before You Buy button.
2. Checkout with a pending payment
Enter your card details at checkout as normal, but don't worry, you won't be charged upfront. Your payment method is simply held for when you decide what to keep.
3. Try it on, your way
Once your order arrives, you'll have 3 days to try everything on at home. Take your time, style it, and find your perfect fit.
4. Choose your sole-mate
We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your customer portal. Simply select your order, follow the steps, and finalise your purchase.
5. Only pay for what you love
You'll only be charged for the pieces you decide to keep, the rest can come right back to us.
RETURNS
If it's not quite your sole-mate, no hard feelings.
To lodge a return, simply access your Mirra customer portal via the email you received at purchase. From there, you can download your return label and send your pieces back to us with ease.
Please note all items must be posted within 3 days to avoid penalties.
If you choose to return some or all items from your order, a $12 restocking fee will apply.

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

When you use the TBYB service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.

The Restocking fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
