We've teamed up with Mirra so you can try our shoes at home before committing.
Because let's be honest, picking the perfect pair online isn't always easy, and we want you to feel obsessed with what you choose.
How it Works
- Add to Cart: Hit the Try Before You Buy button when adding your favourites.
- Checkout & Payment Hold: We'll pop a temporary hold on your card to reserve your order. It'll show as pending in your account, but you haven't paid yet. You only get charged for what you keep.
- Try at Home: Once your order lands at your door, you've got 3 days to walk around the lounge room, do the mirror check, style everything with the rest of your wardrobe.
- Complete Order: We'll send your Customer Portal link to finalise your order. Keep what you love, send back what isn't quite right.
Returns
Need to send something back? No stress. We'll pop a prepaid return label in your Customer Portal, ready to download.
A few things to know:
- Returns need to be posted within 3 days of finalising your order.
- If you decide to send the whole order back, a $12 restocking fee applies.

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

When you use the TBYB service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.

The Restocking fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
