Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Sore Feet Who? I Don't Know Her!
"I have had a chronic back injury for the past few months that have made walking in general somewhat difficult at times. I bought these for my brother's wedding in a few weeks and decided to "break them in" at my SIL's Hens this past weekend. I was SO hesitant (and maybe a little skeptical of the reviews) because of my back issues, but from the moment I put them on, I could have RUN in them! They were worn from 6pm until 3am and my toes were barely even aching - I've usually flung off my heels before even leaving the club, so the fact these stayed glued to my feet until it was time to crawl myself into bed in the early morning is a testament to the structure and support of these shoes. The next day when I finally awoke from my twelve-plus-standard-drink-stupor, my head was definitely feeling it, but both my feet and legs (and even my back) were A-OK!! This has literally never happened in my 35 years of life 🫢 I will say, though, SIZE UP! I'm usually a EU 38/AU 7-7.5 and my toes were being pinched and squashed in the smaller size (and my feet aren't that wide - they're actually even smaller than the size guide). But the EU39 fit perfectly - just wish the strap was a tiny bit longer for us chunkier ankle/calf girlies. I cannot rave about these enough, and if you're still contemplating whether they're worth the money, my entire body is screaming at you to click "BUY"!! 🥹❤️"

"I got these for my work Christmas party, which was at the races for Melbourne Cup. I live by the beach and WFH so NEVER wear heels these days. So I really needed to find something that was comfy. I was on my feet all day, it was hot and I felt I could walk for miles. I wish I had another event soon so I can wear them again!
