Need to swap for another size? We offer free returns for exchanges on full priced items only.
RETURNS
We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return shipping costs may vary, so our International customers will need to return items at their own expense. We don't offer return labels at this point in time.
All returns outside of AUS (including NZ) please contact us at hello@lmsthebrand.com with your return request for instructions. Please note our returns portal is only available to Australian based customers.
SALE RETURNS
Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

"Hello! I absolutely adore your brand. I’ve had large feet my entire life and have always found it so difficult to find cute shoes in my size (43). I was so happy to see that your Twiggy style goes up to a 43 — I loved the burgundy pair, but was really disappointed to find that it only went up to a 42. I noticed this was the same for many of the other gorgeous varieties too. I ended up opting for the brown pair (which is still beautiful!), and while it fits okay, it’s definitely on the small side and not super comfy. Still, I’ve never been able to get cute heels before, so I’ll be keeping them — I just won’t wear them for long periods of time. I really urge you to consider extending your size range. It’s worth remembering that this isn’t just a barrier for non-binary or gender-fluid people, but also for all the girlies out there with big feet who just want to wear cute shoes too! Thank you so much for your beautiful designs — I hope to see more inclusive sizing in future collections!"
