We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return shipping costs may vary, so our International customers will need to return items at their own expense. We don't offer return labels at this point in time.
All returns outside of AUS (including NZ) please contact us at hello@lmsthebrand.com with your return request for instructions. Please note our returns portal is only available to Australian based customers.
SALE RETURNS
Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

"I've had these on my wish list for a while but wasn't too sure about sizing and comfort - but glad the reviews were correct! Heel is high enough to wear with longer pants but short enough to wear all day. The toe box isn't too pointy and the soles are soft enough that you don't need to break them in. Wore them about Melbourne all day out of the box. I went with my usual size (EU37) and they fit perfect with just enough room."
