We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100.
We off a flat rate of $12 for standard shipping on orders under $100.
If you would like to upgrade, we offer Auspost Express shipping for a $15 fee.
NEW ZEALAND/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer free standard shipping via Australia Post and $40 AUD Express post via DHL.
Any import taxes are at the responsibility of the customer.

Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our (WE NEED SHOE ROOM SALE ) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

RETURNS
We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return shipping costs may vary, so our International customers will need to return items at their own expense. We don't offer return labels at this point in time.
