    Need to swap for another size? We offer free returns for exchanges on full priced items only. 

    RETURNS

    We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    SALE RETURNS

    Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

    "These shoes are so gorgeous and would be so comfy if they fit me perfectly, but unfortunately even a size 35 is just a bit too large on my silly child size foot. Rest assured I will find the perfect insole to get it to fit because I refuse to give up on them! If you have a normal size foot you must get these!!"
