We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

"I absolutely love my Connie boots! They’re by far the most comfortable pair of boots I own. I can wear them all day without any sore feet, whether I’m at the office, out for dinner or line dancing for hours. They’re very versatile too as can be worn with jeans, skirts and dresses and they always look great. I have been stopped and asked where they are from. The quality is fantastic and they’ve quickly become my go-to boots for just about every occasion.
