    We offer Auspost Express Shipping for a $15 fee.

    We offer free standard shipping via Australia Post and $40 AUD Express post via DHL. 

    Any import taxes are at the responsibility of the customer.

    All orders placed after 12pm on the 24th of December to 26th will be dispatched on the 27th of December.

    Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. All orders placed before 1pm AEST from Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped same day pending availability.

    Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our (WE NEED SHOE ROOM SALE ) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

    Need to swap for another size? We offer free returns for exchanges on full priced items only.

    We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

    Return shipping costs may vary, so our International customers will need to return items at their own expense. We don't offer return labels at this point in time.
