We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

SALE RETURNS

Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

"This shoe is everything I was looking for in a wedding shoe. I had very specific requirements and after looking online and in person at almost 800 pairs - this was the only shoe that ticked all my boxes. It’s even more beautiful in person. My seamstress and my dress designer both complimented the shoes when I took them to my fitting appointments! They’re ivory, they have a petit but wide enough heel (garden wedding), they don’t have the piece at the back of the heel (which I didn’t want), they have a strap to keep you secure, and they have the most perfect bow! They also aren’t viscously pointy which is perfect! HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for their wedding day shoe!"
