RETURNS POLICY 

We understand that purchasing items online don’t always go as planned, that's why we offer free returns for exchanges within Australia. Returns for refunds or outside of Australia are at the expense of the customer.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns or refunds on sale items, including sitewide promotional sales (excluding 10% Welcome Offer). We do offer store credits and exchanges on sale items however the cost of shipping both ways is incurred by the customer.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. We offer a full refund for full priced items in original condition, including packaging and box inserts. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s must be in original condition and in the original packaging. 


Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. LMS has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.

The item/s must be returned to the address provided by LMS before the credit is processed. The cost of the original freight will not be reimbursed or refunded as mentioned under the Australian Consumer Law. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to issue the refund. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
