We understand that purchasing items online don’t always go as planned, that's why we offer free returns for exchanges within Australia. Returns for refunds are at the expense of the customer.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns or refunds on sale items, including sitewide promotional sales (excluding 10% Off Welcome Code). We do offer store credits or exchanges on sale items however the cost of shipping both ways is incurred by the customer (approx $20). Online store credits and gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. 

Please note, Welcome Offer (LMSINTRO) and any other codes cannot be used in-conjunction with other promotions and sitewide sales. 

Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We offer a full refund for full priced items in original, unworn condition with no markings on the sole and upper material. Please ensure all packaging and box inserts are included with the return. Failure to meet with these conditions may result in an exchange or refund being denied. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. 


The item/s must be in original condition and in the original packaging. 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. LMS has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.

The item/s must be returned to the address provided by LMS before the credit is processed. The cost of the original freight will not be reimbursed or refunded as mentioned under the Australian Consumer Law. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to issue the refund. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
