We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
SALE RETURNS
Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Heel is high enough to wear with longer pants but short enough to wear all day. The toe box isn't too pointy and the soles are soft enough that you don't need to break them in. Wore them about Melbourne all day out of the box. I went with my usual size (EU37) and they fit perfect with just enough room."
