We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return shipping costs may vary, so our International customers will need to return items at their own expense. We don't offer return labels at this point in time.

"Ballet flats are usually the type of shoe I regret by the end of the day, but these are the exception. I’m usually a size 40 and most ballet flats leave my feet sore by the end of the day, while sizing up always ends up too loose and slipping off. I got my normal size 40 in these and they fit perfectly - secure without feeling tight or suffocating. I’d say I have a pretty average width foot, not particularly wide or narrow and the fit was spot on."
