RETURNS
We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
SALE RETURNS
Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

"I love these shoes so much! Perfect to dress up an outfit while being so comfortable. My mum broke her foot the night before my brother's wedding and couldn't wear her heels so she opted for these instead and they looked way better than her original shoes! They're the perfect summer slide. No notes!"
"I absolute love them and the leather is beautiful and soft. The only issue is they are quite long at the front of the foot and scuff easily. I have also found that some of the metallic leather flakes off on the sole but you can’t see it as your foot is covering it. Otherwise they are so gorgeous and love wearing them to elevate a simple outfit."
