We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
SALE RETURNS
Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

They were only worn under normal conditions, so I was quite surprised at how easily the material marked, especially given the price of the shoes.
