    If you would like to upgrade, we offer Auspost Express shipping for a $15 fee.

    NEW ZEALAND/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We offer free standard shipping via Australia Post and $40 AUD Express post via DHL. 

    Any import taxes are at the responsibility of the customer.

    Need to swap for another size? We offer free returns for exchanges on full priced items only. 

    RETURNS

    We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    SALE RETURNS

    Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

    Return shipping costs may vary, so our International customers will need to return items at their own expense. We don't offer return labels at this point in time.

    "I was torn between 2 colours for these boots, so I tried both and decided to keep both lol. That's how good they are. They're so stylish, I get asked about them every time I wear either colour. They go with pants and skirts, so they're super versatile. I'm very short, so these are sort of like proper cowboy boots on me even though they're the slouched version. And they're very comfortable. I've worn them all day more than once without an issue. Love these!"
