    We offer full refunds for full priced items. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    SALE RETURNS

    Any item purchased on sale (including sitewide promotional sales such as our Solemate Sale) can be exchanged or sent back for a store credit. Shipping there and the new item back is at the expense of the customer. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

    "These shoes are super comfy and look amazing! I especially appreciate them for those of us who struggle wearing heels. I am able to get through 4 hours or so without getting sore feet. My only critique is that on the first wear the heals already scuffed. The leather (or leather style fabric, not sure) seems a bit soft and not resistant to actual wear. I was sad to see them scuffed after day one but it is relatively minor and probably I'm the only one who will notice. Still a great buy, but possibly worth investing in some protective spray or something if you want them to last a long time!"

    "Ok I’m gonna be real after reading all the reviews I thought I would be pain free all night but that wasn’t the case BUT I did manage a 10 hour night out walking between bars in Melbourne CBD and dancing all night, until my feet gave in, so much better than any other heel I’ve worn out!! This was the first time wearing them so I’m guessing they’ll get even more comfy the more I wear them!! I felt so tall all night I wasn’t use to it lol and I was getting compliments all night as well 🖤"
